3. Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, tickets, and notification subscriptions. If you previously consented to SMS notifications, a minimal record of that consent is retained for legal compliance purposes only and is not linked to a usable account.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to operate Tell Me If I Won:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
Lovable — application hosting and transactional email
Twilio — SMS delivery (only if you opt in to SMS notifications)
Stripe — payment processing
NY Open Data and Magayo — official lottery draw results

These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

Access — you can view your data inside the app
Correction — you can update your profile, phone, and preferences in Settings
Deletion — you can permanently delete your account from Settings
Opt-out — you can disable email or SMS notifications at any time

6. Children

Tell Me If I Won is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
