Need help with text messages from Tell Me If I Won? Here is what you can do.
To stop receiving texts — reply STOP
Reply STOP to any text from Tell Me If I Won. You will get one confirmation message and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
For help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any text. You will receive a short reply with our contact information.
After you opt out
- You will stop receiving SMS win notifications.
- Your account, tickets, and email notifications stay active.
- To delete your account entirely, use Settings → Delete Account.
Re-enable SMS
To start receiving SMS again, sign in and go to Settings → Notifications. Set your notification preference to include SMS and confirm your phone number.
