Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tell Me If I Won, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

Tell Me If I Won is an independent tool that helps you check lottery tickets you have purchased elsewhere against official draw results. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or pay prizes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tell Me If I Won. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. Subscription and billing

Tell Me If I Won is offered as a paid subscription of $2.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; previously paid periods are not refunded except as required by law.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

We use official lottery data sources, but we cannot guarantee that check results are complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm any winning ticket with the official state lottery before taking action. Tell Me If I Won is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Claim deadlines

Lottery prizes have strict expiration dates set by each state lottery. Tell Me If I Won is not responsible for missed claim deadlines. It is your responsibility to claim any winning ticket within the time limits set by the issuing lottery.

6. No affiliation

Tell Me If I Won is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Scientific Games, any state lottery commission, or any lottery operator.

7. Prohibited use

• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not use the service if you are excluded from lottery play in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell Me If I Won and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost winnings, missed claim deadlines, or inability to access the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
