Tell Me If I Won

SMS Terms

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These SMS Terms describe the text message program for Tell Me If I Won. By providing your phone number and consenting in the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are consenting to

You are consenting to receive automated win notification text messages from Tell Me If I Won at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your tickets and draw results. You can typically expect 1–4 messages per month.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Tell Me If I Won does not charge you for receiving SMS; any charges come from your carrier.

4. Opting out — STOP

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and will not be texted again unless you opt back in.

5. Help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for help, or see our SMS Help page.

6. Opting out does not delete your account

Replying STOP only stops SMS messages. Your account, tickets, and email notifications remain active. To delete your account entirely, use Settings → Delete Account.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every SMS will be delivered.

8. Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others. Availability through individual carriers is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your phone number is used only to send win notifications. See our Privacy Policy for details.
